We will be singing an hour of Christmas carols and songs at Snowhill Garden Centre in Copthorne and collecting for our three chosen charities.

Songbirds will be producing a community performance this summer at The Hawth. In June 2013, we brought local choirs together to perform Zimbe! by Alexander L'Estrange, and performed the piece with the composer in his band to a sell-out audience. This year, the National Association of Choirs Conference is being held in our area, in Worthing. 

The Thames South Group are organising the concert on the Saturday night as part of the conference (a public event but conference delegates have tickets included).  As a member of this group, Songbirds will be performing in this concert, at The Assembly Hall, Worthing. 

It's a lovely venue, which we have sung in before, and we will be singing a 15 minute slot on our own, plus joint items with other choirs (including some seaside tunes with a theatre organ!).  We can't wait!
